GP Patient Survey results

We are pleased to share the highlights of our national survey results for 2024.

94% of our patients said they were involved as much as they wanted to be in decisions about their care, and 91% feel their needs were met during their last appointment with us!

These results encourage us to do better and maintain the high standards we continually aim for.

The GP Patient Survey is an independent survey run by Ipsos on behalf of NHS England. The survey is sent out to over two million people registered with GP practices in England. The results show how people feel about their GP practice. Thank you to those that completed the survey when you received it.
