eConsults are open from 8am to 11am each morning.
Please be aware that once we have reached safe clinical capacity, eConsults are switched off and will be available again the following day. When you complete an eConsult it is sent to the Practice and will triaged by one of our own Practice GPs. We aim to respond to all eConsults on the same day, so please be available to take a call or receive a message from the practice before 12.30pm which will provide you details of the outcome, which may be an appointment if required.
