
eConsults for clinical matters are open from 6am to 3pm Monday to Friday.
eConsults for administrative matters are available from 6am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday. You will receive an update on the outcome of your request before close of play on the next working day.
When you complete an eConsult it is sent to the Practice and will be triaged by one of our own Practice GPs. You will receive a response from us the same day by call or text. This may be to book an appointment, request a sample or test, or to send out a Fit note etc.
Please be aware that once we have reached safe clinical capacity, eConsults are switched off and will be available again the following day.
