Welcome to
Silverdale Practice

Tel: 01444 233450

eConsults are open from 8am to 11am each morning.

Please be aware that once we have reached safe clinical capacity, eConsults are switched off and will be available again the following day. When you complete an eConsult it is sent to the Practice and will triaged by one of our own Practice GPs. We aim to respond to all eConsults on the same day, so please be available to take a call or receive a message from the practice before 12.30pm which will provide you details of the outcome, which may be an appointment if required. See video below for information on how eConsults work.

Contact your GP online

What is eConsult and how does it work?

Please note, at Silverdale Practice you will receive a response the same day

Non-urgent advice: Appointment Information

We appreciate our phone lines can be busy, so beat the queue and complete our online form to request a blood test or an appointment with one of our nursing team. Please only request an appointment that you are due, or have been asked to book by one of the Practice team.

Complete our online form with your details, and we will get back to you by the next working day.

Please note – this is a booking form for nurse appointments; it is not an eConsult.

Local and NHS services

The surgery works in partnership with local and NHS service providers and groups.

111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It’s fast, easy and free. Call 111 and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

In case of a life-threatening emergency, please dial 999.
