In May, we had 2,687 online requests come through – itβs one of the ways weβre working to make access easier, helping patients get support without needing to call or queue.
Alongside that, we:
offered 6,543 appointments (49% face to face)
answered 3,272 phone calls
processed 3,801 clinical documents
and issued 4,496 prescriptions
