Privacy Notice: Use of Linein in Our Services

To provide the best possible care and support, we work with trusted third party partners who operate under the same standards of privacy, security, and professionalism as our in-house team. One such partner is Linein, whose staff may assist in delivering elements of our patient support service.

Who is Linein?
Linein is a carefully selected partner trained to the same high standards as our own Patient Support Team (PST). Their staff undergo the same rigorous background checks, confidentiality agreements, and data protection training as our direct employees. When interacting with you, they act as part of our team.

What data do they have access to?
Linein staff may have access to the same personal data as our internal PST team, strictly for the purpose of delivering care or support. This can include your contact information, health-related data, and communications, depending on the nature of your interaction.

How is your privacy protected?

  • All Linein staff operate under data protection agreements and contractual obligations aligned with UK GDPR and our internal privacy standards.
  • They are bound by the same confidentiality policies as our employees.
  • Access to your data is limited, secure, and monitored.

Can I opt out?
Yes. If at any time you prefer to speak with another member of staff, you may request this, and your choice will be respected without needing to provide a reason. While patients may not be able to distinguish between internal and Linein staff (as they are embedded within our service), your preferences are always logged and followed.
